Choose the operating responsibilities
Confirm who owns prices and quantities, how counter sales and incoming stock are recorded, and who may edit the site.
Agree the next proof
Set the first real WooCommerce test slice, required inputs and acceptance checks. Do not treat the demo as live commerce.
