Current direction

WordPress with WooCommerce is the target storefront. Square is not the website builder; it remains an integration candidate.

Stripe is the recorded payment direction in the current planning handback. The account, configuration and payment capability have not been verified or accepted. Older supplied documents may refer to Square payments: that wording is historical, not a confirmed selection.

Decisions still open

• One authoritative owner for each of price and stock quantity; neither is decided.
• Exact launch SKUs, variants, facts, prices, opening stock and supplier information.
• Approved product photography, image rights, shipping/pickup rules and policies.
• Hosting, theme/plugins, access roles and who maintains the finished site.

Next implementation proof

Agree a bounded WooCommerce build using confirmed representative products. Test stock limits, tax, delivery/pickup, failed and successful test payments, cancellations and refunds before any live-commerce approval.

What the current demo proves

Presentation and simulated customer/owner journeys. It does not establish live WooCommerce, real orders, payments, inventory synchronisation or customer accounts.
